Orchestrate is a free learning site. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.
What we collect
- If you don't sign in: nothing personal. Progress tracking is only available when you are signed in.
- If you sign in: your email address (and, with Google sign-in, your name and profile picture as provided by Google), plus which topics and layers you marked complete and when.
- If you ask a question: the question, the topic and section it is about, whether you asked anonymously, and when. Anonymous questions are never shown with your name. Questions are answered with AI assistance and reviewed before you see the answer.
- If you fill in your profile (optional): your role, where you work, industry, years with SAP, experience with AI, SAP areas and what you want to learn. Every field can be left blank, changed or cleared at any time.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider to run and protect the site (for example, IP address and browser type).
Why we use it
Only to sign you in, to show and sync your progress across devices, and, if you share a profile, to pitch answers and new topics at the right level. We also look at totals, such as how many learners completed a topic, to decide what to improve.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing email.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores sign-in details, progress and your optional profile.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site.
- Google handles "Continue with Google" sign-in if you choose it.
Your choices
You can use the site without signing in. To delete your account, profile, questions and progress, email hello@erpfde.com and we'll remove it.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's storage to remember your theme, your preferred layer and your sign-in session. No advertising or tracking cookies.
